- Rod Corbett has been working in the field of adult education for 20 years in the roles of learner, instructor, technical support and instructional designer. Rod completed the Master of Distance Education degree from Athabasca University entirely online. He is now working at Mount Royal College as the Coordinator of Educational Technology Integration in their Academic Development Centre. Rod is also a sessional faculty member of the University of Calgary where he teaches a couple of online courses about online learning and instructional design. Rod served two terms as the President of ADETA in 1993-5, followed but two more years on the Board as Past President. After his four years on the board, he edited the ADETA Newsletter for 4 years. In June 2006 he was re-elected to the board in the the position of President.
